Fees and Policies

Services:

  • 55-60 Minute Intake Assessment Session: $175. This is the intial one time intake session fee.
  • 55 Minute Counseling Session: $165  This is a counseling session duration and cost.
  • 90 Minute Counseling Session: $250 This is available if a longer session is requested.

Complimentary Consultation:

  • Phone: 20-30 minutes
  • Zoom: 20-30 minutes
  • In office: 20-30 minutes

Payment Types:

  • I am not contracted with any insurance companies.
  • I'm able to provide monthly statements if you have out of network insurance benefits.

  • Health care spending accounts (HSA)
  • Flexible spending accounts (FSA)


Payment and cancellation policies

  • Payment is required at the beginning of each session
  • Appointment time requires 24 hours notice for cancellation
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee

In person appointments vs Telehealth

  • In person sessions are offered Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.
  • Telehealth sessions are offered Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Good Faith Estimate

In compliance with the Federal No Surprise Act, all healthcare providers are required to notify clients of their Federal rights and protections against “surprise billing.”  


I am required to inform you as an “out of network” provider of a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of services for a calendar year. It may be difficult to determine the cost of services for counseling for an entire year. If you begin working with me, we can discuss your needs, and the Good Faith Estimate could be assessed and/or amended if needed.
